The following safety instructions should be observed: Appropriate personal protective equipment must be used at all times when using diamond cutting tools. All machine guards must be in place and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating instructions.
Ensure the blade is suited to the application. Inspect the blade for signs of damaged prior to use. Ensure the blade is fitted correctly and securely to the machinery. Prior to use, run the blade and inspect for vibrations or unusual noises. Do not overload or force the blade. Cut in straight lines and avoid placing side pressure on the blade, as abuse of this nature can cause stress cracks in the blade and result in injury.
